Work from Home Typing Jobs that Pay High

Work from Home Typing Jobs that Pay High

Since the latest economic downturn, people have been searching for ways to increase their income. As a response, home jobs have become immensely popular these days. If you check online, most people are seeking work from home typing jobs. What makes the work enticing is the fact you can earn as much as 0 to ,000 a day for just 15 to 30 minutes of work. Does this sound too good to be true? Yes, it is — because it is actually one of the most convincing scams you can find online.

Then again, work from home typing jobs are really doable. You can earn money at home doing data entry, computer programming or medical transcription jobs. However, the amount of money you can earn in a day will depend on the document you are typing. If you will be typing basic demographics or other data entry work, of course, you won’t get paid as high as medical transcription rates.

To update you in this field, there is actually a new kind of software now that can make typing jobs and data entry work a whole lot easier. There are also sites and companies that provide this software to their employees. If this is the case then there’s really a chance that you can earn 0 to thousands of dollars a day from work from home typing jobs.

The application process is also very simple:

•    You need to become a member for lifetime access to their “members only” page and to have unlimited access to their 24/7 tech support team.
•    Once you become a member, a tech support agent will guide you through the instructions of the company who will hire you.
•    You will start filling up forms.
•    You get paid.

Sounds easy right? It actually is. The hard part is only in finding a reputable company.

Many people are actually drawn to these sites because of their all-accept policy. What makes it even more convincing is the fact that you can do the job at home. Aside from the flexible work hours you can get from work from home typing jobs, they don’t require you to sell anything. You will not be doing any telemarketing as well. You will just enter data and type up forms for companies. If you are self motivated, hard working and you can follow precise instructions then you’re what these companies are looking for.

The important thing is to have realistic expectations of how much you can earn doing this. While you can get a nice complement to your income, don’t expect to get rich doing it. Being conscious about this will help you weed out the get=rich-quick scams and find real, respectable offers that you can apply to.

High Paying Jobs with Benefits and More, How to Land One Today!

High Paying Jobs with Benefits and More, How to Land One Today!

Do you get sick of working for very little money and knowing that you are not covered with health insurance through your job?  Do you want a full package of benefits and a great paying job all in one? There are many of the great high paying jobs with benefits out there and you just have to know where to look and how to get one of these positions for yourself.  This is going to require that you take some time to really examine your life and what you really want out of your future.  Here are some things to consider when thinking about your future.

First, if you have a family or want a family in the future how are you going to give them what they want and deserve with the money you are currently making?  This is a very strong driving factor for many people and when they realize that their family cannot have a better life until they find a better job they start thinking about getting a better job and figuring out how to get to a better place with their career and their life.

Second, when you are seeking high paying jobs with benefits you have to find something that you actually enjoy doing as well.  This is very important and probably the most important thing of all simply because if you don’t enjoy what you are doing, then how are you ever going to get to the point where you can be happy with your life.  The high paying jobs with benefits are not all that easy to find until you figure out what it is you can do with your life that you will actually enjoy doing.  This will allow you to be happy with your career and that will make you much happier when you go home at night and on the weekends.

Last, you also will have to consider the options you will have to go through to get more training, knowledge, and skills so that you qualify for these better jobs.  At least if you can find a field that you know you will love working in, then going back to school for that field will not be all that bad.  In fact you might actually enjoy it.  If you love what you do and you are determined to get to the point that you will be making more money and have some great benefits, then you will be willing to go take some classes and get a degree in a field you love.

Finding a High Paying IT Job

Finding a High Paying IT Job

I have been an application developer for over thirty years. I started out in 1980 as a Fortran programmer working for a pharmaceutical company. The company has since gone through several takeovers and they are now owned by a much larger pharmaceutical company. I currently work as database consultant for an IT consulting company. The funny part is that I am now working on site for a client which is that same much larger pharmaceutical company.

This is going to be the first in a series of articles where I talk about my experiences in Information Technology and software development. There will be plenty of helpful information for the IT “newbie” as well as some nostalgia, reminiscing and fun for the the more seasoned “tekkie”. Below are just a few of the areas that I am planning to talk about:

Education and Preparation for Your IT Career
Deciding on a Computer Science degree vs Other Professional Degrees
Remember what a luggable is?
Getting Your (and My) First Job in Information Technology
Technologies then (from 1980) and now
Should I stay Technical or Try to Move up the Corporate Ladder
Advantages and Disadvantages of Consulting vs IT Employee
Software and Hardware Evolutions and Extinctions (OS2, Oasis, CPM, Digital Equipment Corporation)
Different IT Professions

I did not start out as an IT Professional. When I started college I was interested in the sciences and I chose Chemistry for my Bachelors degree. By the time I was a senior in college I realized that if I wanted to go far in the field of Chemistry I would probably need to go for a PhD but getting a PhD just wasn’t in my plans.

As I was finishing up my degree I started taking some computer science classes. I got my degree in chemistry but I knew I wanted to work with computers. I was as green as grass and I saw an ad for a Manager of Computer Technology in a Chemistry area at a pharmaceutical company. I sent back a letter saying I didn’t think I had the experience to be a manager yet but I would be very interested in working with them. They called me and I got an interview. When they told me and showed what they were doing with computers and chemistry my eyes were popping out of my head. I think my enthusiasm more than anything got me the job because I know it wasn’t my experience. I didn’t have any!!!

Here’s a few tips on getting your first job when you have absolutely no experience:

Try to get yourself an internship, even if it’s not paid. This was not being done much when I was going to college but more and more colleges are offering internships. I have three children and the first two are recently out of college and are already working in their professions. Both of them got jobs right out of college through internships.
Don’t worry about the fact that you don’t know anything. Companies are always looking for fresh talent. Your enthusiasm will be your greatest asset on an interview.

While at my new job at went to school at night. Instead of going further in chemistry I got my MS in Computer Science. I worked there for nearly four years doing Fortran programming. I was working with a chemical structure database and it was used by chemists to do searches for compounds containing a selected chemical structure. I loved coming to work each day and I was getting paid a fortune at ,000 a year. I also had a fairly elegant life-style back then. I lived in room that was on the second floor of a house. I had no kitchen and no car so I had to walk to work. I would stop each morning at a luncheonette and get my breakfast for about two dollars. I worked with a great group of people and was moving forward in my career as an application developer. This was my first job out of college and it felt great. About six months after I started working I bought a 1966 Chevy Impala convertible from one of my brothers. I think I paid him 500 bucks for it. Now I was really living the good life!

More great stuff coming soon!!!

High School, Teenagers, College Jobs: 7 Secrets to Beating Out The Part Time Job Competition

High School, Teenagers, College Jobs: 7 Secrets to Beating Out The part time job Competition

Being specific is the key element to success in every aspect of your life. Knowing what you want or like and what you don’t want or like is absolutely essential when starting your part time teen jobs hunt.

And if you want to know the secret in having an employer select you instead of all of the other knuckleheads applying for the same teen part time job, then follow these 7 Secrets to Successful Part Time Job hunting Tips

1. Apply for the job multiple times. It is a numbers game. Read on.
2. Once you fill out an online part time job application and don’t hear back within a week or two, fill it out again online. Do it several times, regularly, and you will get their attention. This might not make sense to you now, but as an employer, it makes all the difference in the world to us.
3. Try to speak to the person in charge of the actual hiring, so when you call to follow up, you won’t be wasting time speaking to an employee who doesn’t care and won’t relay your message.

4. Do regular follow-ups. Persistence is the key and one of the only things that the potential employer has to go by other than your job application and initial interview.
5. Follow up by calling or walking in and asking for the person in charge of hiring teens for their part time jobs. The goal is to get some “face time” with this person.
6. When you do follow up, you never know who is watching you so you should naturally have a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
7. A positive attitude and friendly demeanor are huge and should be practice at all times anyways, regardless if you get the job.

The reason why you want the “face time” with the hiring manager is because the person in charge of hiring has been through this process many times and just by looking at you, they can determine if you really want this job or are doing it because you may be forced by your parents (or your situation) to find the closest job to your house or what not.

Go to Jobler.com and fill out as many online local part-time job applications, then (as we mentioned earlier) if you don’t hear back within a week or two, fill them out again and again and keep following up until you have achieved success!

These 7 secrets, when followed religiously, are extremely powerful in getting the job that you have applied for.

You’d think that everyone is doing them, but the truth is- they’re not. And by following these 7 secrets, you’ll be head and shoulders above all other candidates.

Be persistent. The goal is to get as many interviews as you can.

If you had three job offers from 3 companies that you really liked, then it will pretty much come down to which company is willing to pay the most money!

It’s always great to have multiple options to choose from.

Part Time Teen Jobs for High Schoolers and Teens: Brad Pitt Dressed Up Like A Giant Chicken and Other Celeb Jobs

Part Time Teen Jobs for High Schoolers and Teens: Brad Pitt Dressed Up Like A Giant Chicken and Other Celeb Jobs

Brad Pitt dressed up like a giant chicken? Yep. He sure did!

Other famous celebrities had jobs that were just as crazy or lowly, that it gives you hope. And the lesson that we learn is, no matter how you start your working career, you can go on to bigger and better things as you build your confidence and experience, and eventually start doing what it is you love in life.

Indecisiveness is a major road block that stops a lot of teens from getting a part time job. As a general rule, indecisiveness causes one to take forever and ever on deciding on anything.

We’ve all gone through it, especially when we started out in our teenage years.

It’s understandable because there is an incredible amount of opportunity that lies before you. Too many options can cause confusion. Confusion leads to undecisiveness and people start to plan, plan, plan, without taking any action.

Theres a good old saying that goes: “No one ever got rich, PLANNING for gold.”

Get it?

People got rich “PANNING for gold!”

In other words, they took action. They kept moving forward until they were successful. And so must you.

Sometimes, if you are not that concerned about how happy you will be at your job and just need to start making money immediately, then the best thing to do is not be so picky and just get to work.

Take the first available opportunity, whatever it is, get to work and start building your experience in the work place.

It’s important for high schoolers, teens, and college students to fill out as many online job applications as you can, and repeat filling them out until you get a job.

There’s too much competition out there and it will be a numbers game.

Here’s a list of famous celebrities and their part time jobs:

* Actor and Academy Award Winner Russell Crowe was once a waiter
* Academy Award Winning actress Nicole Kidman used to work at her local movie theater
* Actor Matthew McConaughey shoveled chicken poop in Australia as one of his part time teen jobs
* Actor Tom Cruise was a paperboy in Louisville Kentucky growing up
* Singer Mick Jagger was an ice cream salesman

* Comedian and actor Chris Rock used to work at The Red Lobster
* Brad Pitt used to dress up like a giant chicken and stand on the corner to attract customers for El Pollo Loco (application).
* Rapper Snoop Dogg used to bag groceries as his first job

None of these jobs sound glamorous by any stretch of the imagination. But as you can see, these stars and celebs had to start somewhere.

Part time teen jobs are all around you and the opportunities are plentiful. Do it for the money PLUS the experience and to build your confidence.

Each part time teen job is a stepping-stone for better jobs in the future that will come around the corner and will allow you to build a promising resumé, if you’re first willing to do what it takes to get the job, learn the ropes, master your position, and move on to bigger and better things.

And remember that the most important thing is to take action NOW! Stop planning for gold and start PANNING FOR GOLD!

You can start by filling out online part-time job applications for teen jobs at Jobler.com
