Career path is very important in a student’s life that is very career oriented as well. Students in order to get a right job in right time need to start their job hunting during the right season. Many students do not get job even after they complete their studies in time just because they have not started to look for it in right time.

The job hunt should be started before the completion of your studies i.e when you are about to end with your studies. During last semester job hunting can be started. You should explore the job sites for searching jobs in Pakistan. There are few seasons of job hunting as well. January is supposed to be very busy month for finding a job. There is always a very heavy traffic of job finders in January according to a survey. According to some critics July-Aug is right time to do job hunt and to look for a job. It does include job market, your qualification, location and amount of time you want to dedicate for the job. 

According to some surveys job hunt should be started before four months of joining it. There is a Job Hunting Cycle which exists on six steps. The cycle starts from the Access. Accessing the source or organization where you want to apply for the job is first step and then it goes on. Another right time to start the job hunting could be during the Internship. Students often ignore job hunting even after internship and they are of the view that they will get the job within days whenever they will start the hunting while it is not so. This is the only way to get a break in your professional career.
